Who we are
Sculptiq is a browser application for generative single-wall spiral 3D printing, operated from the European Union and reachable at hello@sculptiq.eu.
What we store
An account requires an email address and a password hash. If you save projects to the cloud, we store the project settings you saved, the printer and material profiles you created and the pre-flight reports you generated. Audio you upload for Sound Sculpt is stored on our own infrastructure and is only readable through your account.
What stays on your device
Unsaved work, the session snapshot, your language choice, the Quick print printer preference and your local project library stay in your browser storage and never reach us unless you save them to the cloud.
Analytics and cookies
We use no analytics or marketing cookies until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics 4 sets its own cookies to measure page views. Declining changes nothing about how the app works, and you can change your mind at any time from the footer.
Payments
Payments, when active, are processed by Stripe. We never see or store card details.
Transactional email — sign-in links, receipts and replies to your messages — is sent through Resend. Message content is stored so we can answer it.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to hello@sculptiq.eu. Deleting your account removes your cloud projects, profiles, reports and uploads.
