What takes weeks in Grasshopper or Blender takes minutes here, with sliders. Every step updates the live 3D preview and the toolpath at the same time.

  1. 01

    Draw the silhouette

    One line defines the profile. Spin it into a 3D object in real time, then refine points, add hard edges or open the lattice cage.

  2. 02

    Add a pattern

    Choose a generative pattern and tune frequency, twist, amplitude, fade-in and offset. Confine it to a band with the live effector.

  3. 03

    Shape the surface

    Stitches, distortion, columns, mesh — surface work happens on the toolpath itself, with depth, spacing, z-tilt and flow modulation.

  4. 04

    Close the floor

    Concentric, linear, spiral or lamp floors, bottom layers, a cord hole and a reinforced bulb-socket collar when you need one.

  5. 05

    Pick the printer

    Machine, nozzle, material, temperatures, cooling and line widths — then run pre-flight and read the printability score.

  6. 06

    Export or send

    Download G-code, .gcode.3mf, STL or 3MF, or send the job straight to a printer on your network.

Questions before you start

Is Sculptiq a slicer?
No. Sculptiq generates single-wall spiral prints — one continuous wall with no infill, no second perimeter and no solid top. That constraint is what makes the direct G-code control possible.
Which printers work?
Profiles ship for Bambu Lab, Prusa, Anycubic, Elegoo, Snapmaker and Creality. A custom start/end G-code profile covers virtually any other machine.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Sculptiq runs in your browser, and the same build runs on a Raspberry Pi next to your printer.
Can I use my own models?
Yes. Import an STL and reshape it with the lattice cage, patterns and surface tools.
Should I still check the file in a slicer?
Yes. Always open exported G-code in a slicer such as Bambu Studio or PrusaSlicer before printing, and confirm the toolhead stays inside the reachable zone.
